      China’s new policy requires fire door fill-in refractoriness to be above 1100℃ as well as strength and insulation features. Also important is enough strength to protect it from inner cracks in transportation process. Otherwise fire penetrates through cracks, and the door is no longer fire-proof. High insulation requires the door fill-in material with low density, but high pore rates, and good strength. These three features are not easy to reach in the fire-proof door production industry. As a result, many fire-proof door manufacturers use foam magnesite composite board, perlite board material as substitutes. The weakness of magnesite composite board exposes to the public when the temperature rises to 400℃. It starts to decompose and efflorescing. It is also corrosive against steel and metal ware. 

The innovation of our new fire-proof door has below advantages:

1.        High Refractoriness

Compare with common foam concrete refractoriness of 250~300℃, our foam concrete fill-in fire-proof door refractoriness reach to 1000℃ high.

2.        High Insulation

The closed-cell foam concrete rate is greater than 95%, better air flow and low heat transfer. The thermal conductivity is 0.06~0.07W/m·k.

3.        Good Strength, no cracks

Low density, high strength integration creates non-cracking in transportation and in use.  

4.        Lightweight

Although the density is as low as 280~320kg/m3, it still matches new policy standards. The low density feature reduces fire-proof door weight, and metal ware loads, at the same time, it reduces cost.

5.        Green

Foam concrete fire-proof door fill-in uses cement and organic foaming agent as raw material; therefore, it is inflammable and no toxic gas emission.
