At present, the thermal insulation materials used in the external wall thermal insulation system of civil buildings mainly include four categories:
(1) Mineral wool, rock wool and other inorganic thermal insulation materials are incombustible materials with good fire resistance and relatively poor thermal insulation performance;
(2) Polyphenylene particle thermal insulation slurry and other organic and inorganic thermal insulation composite materials are refractory materials with relatively poor thermal insulation performance;
(3) extruded plastic sheet (extruded polystyrene foam XPS), polystyrene board (molded polystyrene foam EPS) and other organic thermal insulation materials, which are flammable building materials, but because of its light weight, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, air permeability, low thermal conductivity and other properties, it is a kind of thermal insulation material with circular protection, widely used in the market. However, the market access of this material is not very strict. After the production and sales units send the samples to the inspection center of the local construction department for inspection and filing, they can flow into the market. This kind of market access has three disadvantages: first, the samples submitted for inspection are not on-site samples, which does not reflect the ability of the enterprise to produce this kind of products; second, although the inspection centers around the country implement the standard uniformly, there is arbitrariness; third, there is no strong supervision measures, and there is no "black door" phenomenon of market access.
(4) foamed concrete slab is an inorganic noncombustible material. It has a fire resistance grade A, low cost, relatively high thermal insulation performance, high strength and long service life.
